QUARTERBACK CHAOS IN WEEK 3

Whew!  What's up with NFL quarterbacks this season?  To date, four are out due to injury, and two have been benched.  That definitely changes the fortunes of all the teams involved, it would seem--for worse or maybe even better!  And by extension, it could also hugely change the fortunes of the teams they play!  

Probably the most glaring example of this is the injury to Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys.  Many felt the Cowboys were a definite contender this season, but now there are huge question marks.  (Note: And with the additional injury to Dez Bryant, well...).

           Now each of the teams involved has to play the game of wait and see....

            Here is the list as it stands in Week 3:

UPDATE:  In Pittsburgh's game today (Sunday, 9-27), the big story is that is just being reported is that Ben Roethlisberger has been injured and is at least out for the day.  Because he had to be carted off the field, the injury could be severe and so it is unknown how long he will be out. Michael Vick has been tapped to come in for him.  So that now makes Injury Number 5!  Wow! How much more can happen!?!
